At the end of this lesson you should be able to:

• Convert between radians and degrees.
• Convert between angular and tangential quantities.
• Analyze the free body diagram of an object moving in a circle and apply Newtons second law relating centripetal force to centripetal acceleration.
• Know the definition and properties of uniform circular motion.
• Know Newtons of gravitation and be able to calculate escape velocities.
